The Designer
Toronto-based web and interaction designer, Katie Yumol produces visually appealing websites with intuitive user interfaces and standards-compliant code. She draws inspiration from her diverse educational and professional backgrounds in graphic and fashion design, instructional technology, history, and psychology. She prides herself for being a people person — she enjoys communicating and sharing ideas with both clients and collaborators and transforming once-abstract ideas into reality. She worked with a wide variety of clients such as small to mid-sized businesses, corporations (such as Shoppers Drug Mart and Nextel), non-profit organizations, universities, and the Ontario government.
Aside from web and interaction design, Katie unleashes her creativity through self-expression in fashion and personal style, photography, writing, and cooking.
